STAR teacher: Ms. Kaminsky

From Mr. Hanson: “Please help me congratulate Gwen Kaminsky who was announced as our STAR teacher award winner this year. Ms. Kaminsky was TAG testing last week when we had our celebration meeting and we did not get to announce then. The Star Teacher is selected by our Star student (Maddie Lampert, the senior with the highest SAT score), and represents the teacher that has had the greatest impact on that student’s high school career. Please join me in saying congratulations!”
Adds Ms. Kaminsky, “In addition to being named Star Student for the North Springs Class of 2021 (for the highest SAT in one sitting), Maddie also won the National Honor Society Scholarship. This scholarship was awarded to 24 students out of 10000 applicants from across the country. Maddie will be studying neuroscience at Emory University this Fall. Way to go, Maddie!”
