Echo Presents: A Students Perspective Part 2: Electric Boogaloo

Poem By: Isaac Linnen

The new semester has started

With a few bangs I would say.

 Sadly, winter break melts away,

And with it, my time to play.

Connection issues now negligible,

Computers rarely lag behind.

Devices work quite diligently,

Technology works most of the time.

So now we move along,

Distancing from online.

A new digital note, paper and assignment?

The workload feels fine.

Some courses are way easier,

Some are thorns in my side.

Remembering due work isn’t a hassle

Thanks to simple PowerPoint slides.

I found the connections,

I see friends and teachers through the day

Just wearing a mask is a reasonable trade off

To save lives in any way.
